I have Coeliac Disease, live in a small town and cannot drive which makes it difficult to receive gluten free prepared meals. I found it easy to make an order online, I felt reassured that the meals were safe for me to eat as the company has Coeliac Society Approval. The absolute bonus is the large variety of meals and they taste good.
